In some cases, where the scope of your matter is straightforward and can be clearly defined from the start, we may offer a flat-fee arrangement. However, not every situation allows for a flat fee. When a flat fee isn’t possible, we will provide you with an estimated range of costs, based on similar cases we’ve handled in the past.
As your legal matter progresses, we will keep you informed if any changes to the scope of work or costs arise, ensuring you have full transparency throughout the process.

If you are visitng our downtown Kitchener office, we do have a private parking lot with several parking spots available for clients of the firm to use when meeting with us. You can access the complimentary spaces in the small lot adjacent to our building through the entrance off of Charles St. West.
There is also a City managed paid-parking lot immediately behind our office space, and a privately managed paid lot across the street from our office, on Ontario Street.
